1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MESOLANE, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. About MESOLANE
MESOLANE is an independent, unofficial community marketplace and item-reference website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Nexon or Discord.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be legally permitted to use MESOLANE and connected services. You are responsible for your Discord account, activity performed through your account, and the accuracy of information you submit. Do not share passwords, verification codes, or account credentials.
4. Discord Authentication
MESOLANE uses Discord identity information for sign-in, listing ownership, public trader identity, and contact links. MESOLANE does not control Discord and Discord does not endorse MESOLANE. Discord's own terms and privacy practices apply when you use Discord.
5. Marketplace Nature
MESOLANE provides listing, discovery, reference, Store, and contact tools. Listings use the site's supported BUY and SELL modes, meso prices or offers, and supported direct-trade or Store methods. MESOLANE does not provide a real-money marketplace, hold game items, process payment for MapleStory items, or take custody of a trade.
6. User Listings
You are responsible for ensuring your listing is accurate, current, lawful, and consistent with applicable game and service rules. Public listing information can include item details, stats, price, quantity, IGN, notes, trade or Store details, and trader identity. Do not include confidential, unlawful, abusive, or unrelated content.
7. No Transaction Guarantee
MESOLANE is not a party to trades and does not guarantee a seller or buyer's identity beyond the account controls expressly shown by the service. MESOLANE does not guarantee that a listing is accurate or still available, that an item or price is genuine, or that a trade will be completed. Verify the item, price, condition, counterparty, and trade details yourself.
8. User-to-User Contact
Contact is arranged directly between users, including through Discord links. Clicking an external profile or contact link leaves MESOLANE. Use caution, protect your credentials, and follow the rules of Discord, MapleStory, and any other service you use.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Knowingly false, misleading, fraudulent, impersonating, abusive, or spam listings.
- Harassment, malicious links or content, automated flooding, or abusive report submissions.
- Attempts to bypass account, listing-credit, age, rate, verification, or other security controls.
- Unauthorized access, interference with MESOLANE operation, or collection of data in violation of applicable rules.
10. Fraud and Manipulation
Do not coordinate, duplicate, or distort listings to manipulate displayed supply, activity, popularity, or Price Insight. One account, listing, or price must not be used deceptively to create a false impression of the market.
11. Pricing and Price Insight
Price Insight is an informational estimate based on available MESOLANE listing data. It is not an official MapleStory price or guaranteed market value and may be affected by limited data, outliers, timing, and item condition. You make your own trading decisions and should verify current listings.
12. Intellectual Property
MESOLANE does not claim ownership of MapleStory, Nexon game content, or third-party trademarks and copyrighted materials. You may not use MESOLANE to infringe another person's rights. See the Disclaimer and Intellectual Property Notice for attribution and non-affiliation information.
13. Reports and Moderation
Users may report active listings. MESOLANE may review reports, preserve listing evidence, dismiss reports, remove listings, restrict trading, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms or protect the service. False or abusive reports are prohibited. Reporter identity and internal moderation evidence are not public.
14. Account Restrictions and Suspension
Existing account-age, human-verification, listing-credit, rate, and moderation controls may limit access to listing features. MESOLANE may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security risk, repeated violations, or interference with the service.
15. Availability and Service Changes
MESOLANE is provided on an as-available basis. Features, data, limits, and availability may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. MESOLANE does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
16. Third-Party Services
MESOLANE depends on or links to services operated by others, including Discord, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Buy Me a Coffee, Nexon, and MapleStory services. Their terms, policies, availability, and decisions are outside MESOLANE's control.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
MESOLANE provides community tools and user-generated information without a promise that listings, item data, prices, user identities, links, or service availability will always be accurate, complete, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
18. Responsibility and Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MESOLANE is not responsible for losses arising from user-to-user trades, reliance on user-generated listings or Price Insight, third-party services, or service interruptions. This wording does not exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Users remain responsible for their trade and account decisions.
19. Changes to These Terms
MESOLANE may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top will be revised when an updated version is published. Continued use after publication means the updated terms apply to future use.
